Terms of Service

By purchasing and using Vanish, you agree to the following terms of Nullstate Studio:

1. License: You are purchasing a non-transferable license to use the software.
2. Usage: Vanish is a tool for the deletion of Discord messages. You agree to use this tool in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service. The developer is not responsible for any account actions taken by Discord as a result of your use of this tool.
3. Hardware Binding: This license is bound to your hardware. To prevent piracy, a maximum of 5 devices may be authorized per license. Exceeding rotation limits may result in a permanent ban of the license.
4. No Warranty: The software is provided “as is.” While we strive for stability, we do not guarantee that the software will work indefinitely given the nature of third-party API changes.
5. Payments: All payments are processed via Paddle.
