Due to the nature of digital software and the delivery of a unique, irrevocable license serial, all sales of Vanish by Nullstate Studio are final.

1. No Refunds: Once a license serial has been generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
2. Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical bug that prevents the software from working, we will provide a fix via our automatic update system.
3. Wrong Purchase: If you purchased the software by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours before activating the license serial for a potential refund.
